Dave has served as lead counsel in numerous complex and difficult employment discrimination cases in both state and federal court. He has represented numerous public employees who have been the victims of employment discrimination because of their political beliefs. Mr. Corrigan has prosecuted disciplinary charges for both civil service and non-civil service employees and has lectured on prosecuting such cases.
The firm has extensive experience in negotiating labor contracts with respect to all types of public employee unions, including the PBA, FMBA, IAFF, FOP, AFSCME, CWA, SEIU, NJEA, and independent non-affiliated unions. Corrigan has handled numerous mediations, fact-findings and interest arbitrations, in units ranging from 5 to 300 uniformed officers. Indeed, because of this vast experience, Mr. Corrigan served, for several years, as a guest lecturer in an arbitration class taught at Rutgers Law School. Mr. Corrigan also has extensive experience in grievance arbitration, having handled well over one hundred in his legal career.
