Perhaps the most important work of the Corrigan Law Firm is the representation of those who have had their civil rights violated or have been the victims of discrimination.
The firm has successfully represented sexual harassment victims, male and female police officers, elected officials, whistleblowers, athletic directors, Chiefs of Police, and others who have been discriminated against.
We regularly appear before the Superior Court of New Jersey and the United States District Court. There, we file, among other causes of action, those under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), the Conscientious Employee Protection Act (“CEPA”), the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, and the New Jersey Civil Rights Act.
